Giorgio Graduated in Agrotechnique and Enology at Ormea Piedmont. As a chef, he practiced culinary during the army in Albenga (cooking for 800 persons daily at the age of 19 years old for over 15 months). His great grandfather nickname Cicot opened the first trattoria in Piana Crixia in the late 1800s to feed railroad workers that built the railroad that connected Savona to Torino, still operating today. His family heritage includes winemakers, butchers and hunters. From a very young age, Giorgio worked in the kitchen with his mother Francesca and his father Paolo of the well-known and beloved Ristorante Cacciatori (the restaurant of the Hunters) in Langhe Piemonte which was owned by his family. He developed a strong passion for food and began to hone his culinary skills.
