Giorgio Vizia was born in Savona, Italy in 1978 and learned to cook from both his grandmothers Anna from Piedmonte and Cesarina from the Tuscan Riviera (Livorno town very famous for Cacciucco which is a seafood stew). He developed his culinary skills working with his mother Francesca who was a pioneer in the late 70s of modern northern Italian fusion cuisine.
